1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the SuperStat website (https://superstat.com.au) and services (the “Platform”), you agree to these Terms and any future updates.
2. Services Description
SuperStat enables clubs, leagues, and users to upload community‑sport match footage; our AI processes it into player and team statistics, match reports, and highlight clips
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent. Organisations are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws in Australia, including privacy, copyright, and data protection.
4. Account Registration
Users may register for an account to upload videos, review stats, and access generated content. You agree to provide accurate information and keep login credentials secure.
5. User Content & Licences
By uploading footage or data (“User Content”), you grant SuperStat a worldwide, royalty‑free, non‑exclusive licence to use, host, distribute, reproduce, modify, and publicly display that content to operate the Platform and for internal training, performance tracking, or model improvement.
6. Privacy & Data Handling
We collect certain data — match footage, personal details, performance stats. Our handling is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines data storage, processing, sharing, and deletion rights. Users acknowledge that anonymised aggregates may be used to improve the model.
7. Accuracy and Disclaimers
Our AI currently achieves approximately 90% accuracy on core stats, improving weekly with a goal of 95%. Nevertheless, all AI outputs are provided “as is.” SuperStat does not guarantee full accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any purpose. You should verify key stat information before making decisions based on it.
8. Fees and Billing
Your use of Platform features may be subject to fees or subscription charges. All pricing, payment terms, and cancellation/refund policies will be clearly communicated in the order form or subscription agreement.
9. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Platform, software, models, trade marks, logos, and derivative content remain SuperStat’s property. You may not copy, adapt, distribute, or reverse engineer any portion of the Platform without our express permission.
10. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
Upload unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or harmful content
Interfere with Platform operation or other users
Reverse engineer or misuse APIs or tools
Otherwise violate applicable laws or third‑party rights
11. Termination & Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breaches, abusive behaviour, or inactivity. Upon termination, you lose access to the Platform; SuperStat may retain data as required by law or for legitimate business needs.
12. Liability Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted under Australian law, SuperStat’s total liability arising from or in any way connected with use of the Platform is limited to the total fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold SuperStat harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or losses arising from your User Content or breach of these Terms.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria unless mandatory local laws apply elsewhere.
15. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes apply from the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after updates means you accept the new Terms.
